(only 15 minute drive South from our school)

Parking Fee: $8 per car (re-entry allowed, to either of the 2 lots if it isn't full)
Rain or Shine:
(Gazebos and Tarps will be set up if it rains)
(We will only cancel if it is an all day downpour, like a hurricane.)
Note:
The parks in the original poll were booked.
This park has a very large picnic area, and there are no reservations.
They have walking and biking trails, as well as play areas for all ages.

The park opens at 7 AM.
I will arrive around 7 AM,
Come help us claim our space, 4-5 volunteers needed!
The Picnic area is first come first serve.
(By 9 AM, ALL grills/tables taken)
According to the Park staff, the tables run out the quickest.
We will also have some of our own folding tables and grills,
but it’s best to get the ones in the park too.
~8 am Setup Tables, Gazebos, Tarps, Grills
~9 am to 10 am Start Herb Walk

~10 am to 11 am Start cooking, 1 to 2 Grill masters needed!

~12 pm to 3 pm Continue Cooking, 2 to 3 Grill masters needed!
More people expect to arrive, more cooked food is needed.
~3 pm to 5 pm Finish Cooking, 1 to 2 Grill masters needed!
Finish cooking rest of food, get ready to package and give away.
~11 am to 5 pm Lawn Games and Activities
~5 pm to 7 pm Clean Up
Hot coals to designated areas.
Collect and dispose of trash.
Pack up, grills, tables, gazebos etc.
