Enjoy, a mouth-watering Potluck lunch featuring dishes prepared by our talented community members.
If you're not confident in your cooking skills, feel free to team up
with a fellow student, alumni, faculty, or colleague and bring a bigger dish together.
If you can't bring food, no need to worry,
as the SGA and AA will provide basic foods,
so just make sure to come and enjoy the event!

Participate in a Scavenger Hunt where you'll search for herbs or other acupuncture-related items hidden around the park and online.

Parking Fee: $8 per car (The first lot is closest to the Carousel Room (see pictures below),
re-entry allowed, to either of the 2 lots if it isn't full)

The Carousel Room is an indoor venue, but we also have the adjacent Pavilion area reserved as well. A HUGE space for us.

~10 am to 11 am Pavilion Setup, Park Grills available, Herb Walk and Begin Scavenger Hunt
We will to the park around 10 AM and hang out at the Pavilion area.

Basic Food and Drinks List
Potluck Food may arrive. (We will provide devices to keep the food warm.)
~12 pm to 4 pm Meal time
Grills next to Carousel Room and Pavilion are available for use.
~3 pm Announce Winners of Scavenger Hunt
~4 pm to 5 pm Clean Up Carousel Room, and can move everyone to Pavilion area (also reserved)
Hot coals to designated areas.
Collect and dispose of trash.
Pack up, grills, tables, gazebos etc.

please bring more than 3 servings,
but less than 12 servings maximum - we don't want to waste food)
Examples:

Appetizers: Steamed Dumplings (12-24 pieces)
Appetizers: Spring Rolls (12-24 pieces)
2. Main dishes:
Main dishes: Beef Casserole (enough to serve 8-12 portions)
Main dishes: Beef and Broccoli (enough to serve 8-12 portions)
Main dishes: Kung Pao Chicken (enough to serve 8-12 portions)
3. Side dishes:
Side dishes: Pasta or Mashed Potatoes (enough to serve 8-12 portions)
Side dishes: Grilled Vegetables or Salad (enough to serve 8-12 portions)
